About
About Coast
Embracing an affinity for helping people, Coast is a Town Planning consultancy established to provide Town Planning advice and services to family, friends, and the general public - ie. the 'lay-person'. Coast recognises the challenges associated with the Council approval process that can become overwhelming and/or confusing. As a result, Coast endeavours to simplify and expedite the development approval process for the lay-person through transparent appraisal of proposals and discussion of client options prior to lodging an application to Council; clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants and Council throughout assessment; and challenging the imposition of irrelevant/unreasonable approval conditions.
Coast Founder, Jordan Vickers, has diverse expertise in Development Assessment across the breadth of urban, suburban, commercial, industrial and rural areas and development types in Northern New South Wales and South East Queensland. With specific knowledge in the planning and management of coastal areas, we strive to promote and provide an integrated and ecologically considerate approach to urban development that is cognisant of environmental outcomes.
